If you place an order and make a payment, you will receive confirmation that your payment has been received within 48hrs.

You will receive your artwork print purchase within 28 days – please be patient, the orders are printed to the highest quality and supplied on demand only, so this takes time. The Evolution Collection artwork prints offer is exclusive, and not available to purchase anywhere else.

I’ll make sure you receive regular updates on the progress of your print order right up to the date of dispatch from my print suppliers.

You will receive your downloadable pdf of any or all of The Well Connected Cycle of Community Engagement Information Resources within 3 working days after your payment has been received and confirmed. Likewise if you purchase a pdf copy of 7 Poems for 7 Days.

I am sure you will be delighted with your purchase from The Evolution Collection, I strive for the best in quality, just like my product suppliers, and customer satisfaction is very important to us.

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with the process and your order, or if you change your mind about your purchase from The Evolution Collection, just return the goods, undamaged and as received, in the original packaging within 21 days, and I’ll arrange a full refund of the purchase price. This does not apply to any postage or carrier costs you incur as a result of returning the goods – except outside Europe.

Please note: there is no refund available for downloadable pdf’s.
